This one arrived yesterday, I normally do not pick up these things at premium price but as this one supposedly contains Super Mario Land 2, I had to grab it. For it's age and it being of so-so quality, the cartridge is actually quite clean and has been well looked after. It features the "oh so awesome" reset button that actually managed to reset my game.

Long story short - the wife yelled and then you know you have to act fast, so I put the Gameboy on the table and of course the reset button touched the table too and reset the cart, awesome but at least the wife was happy.

Anyway, let's have a look at this pirate beauty.

We are dealing with one of the most basic menus here, Up and Down of course works, B let's you switch page, of which there are 6 with 13 entries on each except for the last one. Finally the A button launches the game selected.

There is not really much else to it.

While I love Super Mario Land 2, probably because it was the game I bought the day I got my Gameboy - 8 unique games on this 68 in 1 is not impressive at all, sure you get variations of the other ones, like different stages and such, but nah - I am not impressed and it was probably not worth the premium I paid for this one, oh well! :)
