KONAMI GETS NEW LOGO (WTF!!)
25. FEBRUARY 2003 - 22:30 CET
I can only say that this is the most butt-ugly logo I've ever seen, and I'm sure they'll be changing it again soon. Oh and who are they sucking up to? making their logo red. Anyway click ( here ) to read the press release. Well it does remind me a bit of their pre-NES logo though, hmmm (*confused*).

ZELDA PAL RERELEASE
24. FEBRUARY 2003 - 19:30 CET
One more PAL rerelease (Classic Series) can be added to the lists. Until today, well yesterday, I wasn't aware of this Zelda rerelease, but here it is :)

FORUM UPGRADE
23. FEBRUARY 2003 - 15:15 CET
The YaBB Team released an upgrade for the forum late January, which I missed for some reason eventhough it was a real upgrade (service pack 1.2) and not just a small fix.

Major changes include:
- Improved HTML compliancy
- E-mail addresses removed or updated from notification lists
- Several security fixes
- Removal of need for CGI.pm to reduce load
- English language file grammar fixes
- Javascript requirement removed from delete/preview buttons
- Decreased usage of clicklog to reduce load
- Double posting prevention with message/board files
- Leaner ubbc.js (with improved functionality)

If you want to see the complete list of upgrades, for whatever reason, click ( here )

SITE UPDATE, LET'S CELEBRATE!
22. FEBRUARY 2003 - 23:25 CET
Time fly when you're having fun, or just have to work, like I did/do. I haven't had much time or energy to work on NES WORLD lately, though a few bits of information are in the works. So while I'm lazier than ever it's nice to know that others are working their butt off to present new information, such as Andrew Harris.

Thanks to him we got an update of his Active Enterprises huntdown quest a few days ago and I was lucky to get permission to post it in my article section, so it didn't get lost in a forum cleanup. So click ( here ) to read the story and thanks again to Andrew for the article, keep 'em comming ;)
